The biggest reality Tv show in Nigeria Bigbrother Naija season 7 was set to premiere on Saturday, July 23rd, 2022. Just like how it is done in the previous season, The launch will hold for two days 23rd as 24th of July 2022.

During the programme launch, the introduction of housemates will be unveiled which will be aired across all Africa Magic and BBNaija channels on DStv and GOtv. Channel 151,153,154,198 on DStv and channel 2, 6 and 29 on GOTv by 7:00pm on both days will air the program live. 

Afterwards, the show will air on the 24-hours on DStv channel 198 and channel  29 on GOtv till the end of the show. 

Fans across Africa will also be able to stream via African online streaming service, Showmax.

The reality Tv show Big Brother Naija season 7 will be hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.

It was revealed that the company recorded over 40,000 audition entries for BBNaija this season by the Executive Head, Content and West Africa Channels at MultiChoice Nigeria, Dr Busola Tejumola, At a media briefing to unveil the new season of the show.

She added that this season’s housemates will undergo a psychology evaluation before going into the house.

Tejunmola also stated that some of the other exciting things to expect this season are the pre-COVID-19 elements, including the ninjas and the exciting live audience.

In addition, this year’s winner will be walking home with a N100m grand prize— a cash prize of N50m and N50m worth of prizes from the sponsors. Who’s taking the big bag home? Taking note, 30 fans of the show will win N1m each in the ‘Fave Lock-In’ promo exclusive to DStv and GOtv customers. 

Voting for favorite housemates will be done just like last season, Tejunmola said, where your vote can only be done on the Big Brother Naija websites, mobile site, My DSTV and My GOTV apps. Also added that the number of votes each subscriber will have will be determined by their subscription packages.
